YARD SIGN RENTAL POLICIES & REFUNDS

  • Yard signs are rented for 24 hours unless mentioned otherwise.

  • If you cancel your yard signs order, you will receive 1/2 of the booking fee or you will keep the full amount on credit for a future order.

  • A full refund will be issued if we can’t install the yard sign due to inclement weather (thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rains, hurricanes, flooding)

  • There will be no refunds if the client provides an incorrect address.

  • There will also be no refunds if the homeowner requests the removal of the yard sign.

  • There will also be no refunds if we are denied gate access into the community.

  • Jazz Up My Yard typically delivers and sets up the yard signs between 7-9 pm, the night before your event/celebration or 6-8 am the day of your event.

  • Your yard signs will be removed after dark the day of your event or the following morning.

  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT play on/around the yard sign.

  • Please DO NOT remove, move, or dispose of any signs (if you need the yard signs removed before your scheduled removal time, please inform us and we will take care of it).

  • Please cancel lawn service while the yard sign is installed (string trimmers can cause damage to the signs and grass clippings can stain them).

  • Please DO NOT attach any balloons on or close to the yard signs (if they pop they can damage the signs).

  • Please WATER your yard the day before the event if it hasn’t rained in several days. Dry soil makes it difficult for us to insert the stakes into the ground and can break them.

  • We will only install signs on an unobstructed lawn (soft soil with grass on top).

  • Please turn off your sprinklers during the time we install the yard sign.

  • If you have any pets please keep them away from the signs.

  • If this is a gift, make sure the homeowners know we will be setting up the sign on their yard.

  • You are responsible for approval from any HOA/Management.

  • All yard signs are the property of Jazz Up My Yard and you will be responsible for all damages/replacements.

  • We will take a photograph of your yard sign display to use it on our website, Instagram, and FaceBook pages unless you instruct us not to do so. We would also like you to take a photograph of the sign and share it on social media.

  • Jazz Up My Yard is not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the placement of our yard sign.
